Roan Mountain Elopement in Asheville North Carolina

I was lucky enough to capture a very special elopement on the Blue Ridge Parkway for my friends Catelyn and Grant. We started the day by driving into Asheville, North Carolina and meeting for lunch – from there we made it to the Carvers Gap trail at Roan Mountain. We got Catelyn ready by the car by putting TONS of baby breath flowers in her braids. On our hike up, we were blessed with the most beautiful sunset yet again confirming that Golden Hour is the BEST time to take couple photos! After the vow reading, we took a few photos, starred at the stars for a bit and made it home!
